Spotlight Saturday

Good Morning Everyone! Today is Spotlight Saturday! There are so many wonderful and interesting people blogging today there's no possible way you can keep track of them all. And visiting everyone is so hard to do. But I give it my best effort. And along the way, I find new bloggers by visiting people on someone's blog roll, by the comments they leave on blogs including my own. Tammy passed this award on to me and I was so touched, to be part of a community. If you have a favorite blog, new or old, that you love to visit why don't you use this button and have a Spotlight Saturday of your own. Get the word out on these blogs and the talented people behind them!

Today's Spotlight shines on Laura of Life in the Slow Lane. I found Laura by a comment that she had left on my post from Thursday. I took a trip over to her place and had a wonderful time! She's a long time blog reader, new blog author. And talented! Let's see, she bakes. She sews. She's into crafting and all things vintage. Now come on! What's not to love?
Take a trip over to Laura's today and tell her I sent ya!

So here's my unofficial Welcome to Blogging, Laura. It's so nice to have met you!

Blessing of the day: I'm blessed to be surrounded by friends. Those who lift you up, comfort and pray with you, rejoice with you and stand by you in times of sorrow. I'm blessed to have met you all. "Dear
friends, let us love one another, for love comes from God. Everyone who loves has been born of God and knows God." 1 John 4:6-8
